It all started with Mark Stevenson’s dream to become a dentist.

He was in his final year of undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, studying Psychobiology, with hopes to attend Dental School.

During that time he realized that he HATED putting his hands in people’s mouths while they were staring at him with fear.

During that life changing realization he was working in construction during the summer breaks from college, thus prompted him to make a drastic change to pursue it full time. He built major apartments in Los Angeles before making his way to the Fresno.

Many years and projects later, Mark and the team have come to a new chapter. We shifted our focus from hotels and major subdivisions to focus on the issue of affordable housing in the California Central Valley.
